Peter Heinlein Addis Ababa - Security forces arrested Friday Voice of America (VOA) correspondent Peter Heinlein while he was visiting a mosque in the Ethiopian capital. He was covered with another proposed Muslim protest and interviewed some of the organizers, said a source. Heinlein talked to his editor on the phone when security forces stopped him, but was able to relay news of the arrest to the editor before his phone is switched off, the source said. Earlier on Monday, reported Heinlein that "Ethiopia's 30 million strong Muslim community was to organize demonstrations to protest what they say is government interference in Islamic affairs. Tensions rise as the government is trying to preempt what it sees as the emergence of a Hard Line strain of Islam.
